Just wanted to give a quick end of day update.  Mortgage backed securities managed to regain all the losses from this morning and actually closed up a couple ticks.  Most lenders did reprice for the better today. 

Tomorrow, we are supposed to get details of Obama's plan to stabilize housing, so it should be an interesting day.
