Geithner: Prepared to Go Over 'Cliff' on Rate Hike
"There's no prospect to an agreement that doesn't involve those rates going up on the top two percent of the wealthiest Americans," Treasury Secretary Tim Geither said to CNBC's Steve Liesman.
