Kelcey came to mortgage banking after spending almost a decade in the fields of education and social service. She is keenly interested in explaining the process, and focuses a great deal of her professional attention on the purchase market - specifically first time home buyers, for whom all things "mortgage" are new and potentially confusing. She is a strong proponent of prudent, community-centric lending products such as FHA (Federal Housing Administration) insured mortgages, MassHousing, and FHMLC (Freddie Mac)'s Neighborhood Solutions loans - mortgages that, when extended honestly and responsibly, increase the percentage of owner occupancy and improve the communities where they are issued. She maintains a network of like-minded real estate agents, attorneys, and other financial professionals.
Kelcey serves all of Massachusetts, and maintains Massachusetts State Loan Originator License # 85965. She is an active community volunteer, and donates a portion of her income from each loan closed to carefully selected community organizations that strive to maintain healthy options, safe spaces, and stability for local children and their families. She is always interested in finding new organizations to support in Eastern Massachusetts, where she lives - if you know of or represent such an organization, please feel free to contact her directly.
