With today’s banking uncertainty we wanted to position our self with not just with a Company with a A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau but the ability to Bank and Broker to make sure we can fund all of our client’s loans. This also allows us tremendous flexibility which better provides our clients with not just better service but helps in reducing there rates and fees.

Equity Investment Capital, LLC was established to handle investment strategies in the real estate market. In today’s troubled market there are tremendous opportunities for our clients to take advantage of. We provide our investors with direct contact with several bank inventories of there non-performing commercial note portfolios of course at an extremely discounted cost. Our pools are updated on weekly bases and tailored to meet the client’s individual needs.
