TBW just pulled the trigger on a reprice for the worse. You know when they reprice, everyone will. They usually wait until the next morning, guess too many people started locking today.

As a new user here, I must compliment you guys on your analysis. It's obvious to me that you know what you're talking about. I've learned more about MBS here in two weeks than I have in 4 years in the biz. As an old futures trader, I appreciate and respect good technical and fundamental analysis. We had reprices from three different lenders come across minutes after this was posted.

Trying to stick to a conservative Gut Flop these days...over 80% of pipe is locked for May/early June. But still wondering Adam, do you think we can bounce back early next week? Dont want to sound negative but I'm just waiting for the upswing in rates that doesnt come back down.
