Welp that didn't take long to turn around. Seeing some selling now. Nervous Nelly/Aggressive lenders may reprice for the worse..

Adam, it just seems like the "Little Train" can not get enough momentum going up the hill for us to get the investors to pay any ysp! At what level does the Fannie 4.5 coupon need to be in order for the investors to pass along the discount, over 102.00??
