5.5's are catching a rally, currently at 100-14+, 6 ticks up on the day and above the highs of the day. 

Reprices for better are a near certainty from all lenders.

was a little depressing again for a Friday earlier on in the day...late day rally was great and being able to hold the gains was the best

What can we expect next week in the rmbs's.  I couldn't believe that rates didn't drop last week with the 10yr. treasury around 3% yield!  I could have locked in a 30 yr. fixed on tues. under 6%(no points)  Now, they jumped up slightly above 6.  HELP!
