"On both pages, the form says total closing costs which i feel confuses the consumer. I feel it should read total settlement costs. If 2 consumers are getting the same loan, same rate, same closing costs, but 1 is escrowing and the other isnt escrowing...the one not escrowing will show lower closing costs even though they would both be paying the same closing costs. Paying for home owners insurance and setting up an escrow account is not a true closing cost. Secondly, most would agree the most important..."    View Comment
