Why in the world would private capital get in bed with the government right now when anyone earning high dollars get's taken to the woodshed. "Kent, Yes, there is enough blame to go around. From the consumer north if you will, including those selling houses also. I worked with clients who truly believed (and were told) that if the bought this house we could keep the payments low for 1-2 years and then they could flip and kill it.
