We spoke with hundreds of Realtors who had tremendous interest in our upcoming CREDIT KEY program. Our Credit Key program offers a solution to a growing problem where more and more potential clients have the down payment, and the document able income, but find the new increased minimum credit score requirement is locking them out of home ownership..."    View Comment

We had tremendous interest from Realtors in our Credit Key program that will allow them to reach out to the community and help prospects who are income and down payment qualified, but lack the credit need to open the door to home ownership. "Great article Jann. I am greatly saddened by thiis whole mess that happened in an an industry i love and have been a part of sine 98 as a loan officer, then a broker in 03 and finnaly an AE for a mid sized regional bank from 05 to 07. Sure there were investors looking to make a buck and flip properties, but there are Millions of families that were placed into loans they realy could not afford, with assurances that they could refi and everything would be ok.
