"I hope they start to reconsider 90 day seasoning rules with FHA as well as 12 month seasoning on R/T refis. Investors/rehabbers are gobbling up these foreclosures, fixing them up (nicely, i might add) and reselling them. They need to stop making it so damn hard to resell and refinace and fair market value."

Who here agrees with the fact that BOA (formerly, CW) has the absolute most wrecthed service in regards to answering questions, responsiveness, closing, approvals, conditions, you get the picture) They typicall have the best or close to the best pricing for 30 days, however, it is obviously impossible to close in 30 days so we all get the .375-.5% hit for an extension. I am at the point that I would rather not do the deal then send to these guys. One word.........WRETCHED!..."

"Many of the wholesale lenders have been coming back with true jumbo loans to $2M such as Wells, Crescent, HSOA. Can you find a second to put behind the $2M first? Not real sure who can do piggybacks in Minnesota but should be doable. Wells may be able to do the whole thing with a 1st and second. Worth looking into."
