I briefly reviewed your profile and noticed that you're a very intelligent mortgage broker with many years of experience. I wonder if you could shed some light on what lines 203/503 on your standard HUD1 settlement statement mean to you? I can assure you the smart Subject2 investors DO notify the lender.
