In the state of Washington, and other states they have a register agent that you serve- you can find it at the Secretary of State website in your state. I have another report that the appraiser left of the back lot that the drainfield is on. the two lots are contigious and were purchased together in 1975 and should have been valued together. 33 days to deliver a report? why am I paying for their failure to do a job timely.
