"I had a past client call me this morning telling me that Wells was not willing to help her till she was atleast 90 days late. She lost her job and has been struggling to make her mortgage payment she is contantly 1 1/2 months behind at this point and can not catch up...she is paying them everything that she can a month and she now has a 518 mid score and no one can do anything for her at this point."    View Comment

"John, Laws differ from state to state on this sort of thing. Most often a lender will not lend money unless the title is clear. You should check with a local real estate atty. they will be able to give you the best advice on how you should proceed with this. Good luck"    View Post
