"Hey Rod, I'm looking for the same thing you are. Just so you know, I spoke with Mid Island Mortgage and they do NOT do streamlines under 620....the under 620 only applies to credit quailifying FHA loans....and the hits are tremendous. Looks tough to make money. Let me know if you find anyone else and I'll do the same. Christian"
