"If FHA has $3.6 billion now and this brings in another $3 billion where is the money being spent? It's my understanding 50% of all FHA loans now have over 700 fico scores and are performing better than any time in history (actually 1/2 the defaults the programs expects). "Ray, that is the million dollar question. My suggest in lieu of the crazy swings we're seeing it get it quoted and if it makes sense then LOCK right away and don't look back. "I've done a lot of work with realtors at Sellstate Alliance Realty. They do a ton of bank owned and you might check with them. Maybe they are in your area of want to be. To my knowledge they are nationwide."    View Post
"I contracted with them about 2 years ago and found them to be a pretty typical broker outfit. I wasn't impressed with their overall deal cost for the backend support. I didn't stay with them long though and ended up going with a traditional net branch lender to get out of the broker world. I think since then America One has gone to a lender format but can't say if they are competitve or stable."    View Post
