"Yes, it is Socialism and quite close to Communism. Whereas, people had a hard time refinancing last year, it is almost impossible now. Obama has propped up the banks to be in a position where they do not HAVE to lend money, since it's being handed out for free. The guidelines and restrictions are so tight now, that all of this is just fluff put forth in the media to make people believe everything is going to be okay. "Well, this is a new one... loan mod "processing"? In other words... a complete waste of the customer's money. What he has said is that they use a stamp to mail in the same papers they have you mail to them. That's it. That's ALL you get for your money... a stamp.
