    Anybody Sued an AMC yet?

    I am thinking of filing a couple of suits against a couple of the AMC's (Old Republic, LSI, REIS (in small claims court) for poor quality of work on the reports they have done...just wondering if anybody else has done this and how it turned out?

    Not sure why I have to foot the bill on their garbage reports when they pay their appriasers so little? Toyota and others are held accountable for shoddy work why not them?
