Looking for Broker/Real Estate Agent team for Homepath investment property in Tucson, Arizona

My wife and I are interested in buying an investment property in the Tucson area.  We live in the Seattle area. We are taking a vacation to Vegas Nov 14-17th unless we can find a broker/agent team willing to work with out-of-staters.  We would like to have our ducks in a row on pre-approval so that we can possibly make an offer on a home while there.  We both have credit scores near 800 and great debt to income ratio. Obviously we'd like an agent with local knowledge of the Tucson area that is willing to work with us on the internet.  Prefer a mortgage broker with access to/experienced with Homepath and its approved lenders, ideally at wholesale rates. We read somewhere that Flagstar is/was doing this.

Anyone with suggestions, recommendations or referrals, please send them our way.  We'd like to talk with several agents/brokers/teams to look at references/resumes/experience/reviews, etc.

We will NOT waste your time.  We will choose and commit when we find the right match.
