FHA/VA streamline refinance with out an appraisal and scores as low as 550.
The mortgage must be current for the month due.
All Loan Amounts may not exceed the HUD county limits for that area.
Subordinate Liens may be re-subordinated up to 103% CLTV.
If changing from an Arm to a Fixed, the new rate can be no more than 2% above current rate.
If changing from a Fixed to an Arm, the new rate must be at least 2% below current rate.
Borrowers can be added to new loan, but you can't remove borrowers w/o a full credit qualifying.
