Have Bed and Breakfast that I need a commercial loan for.  We are a broker.  Anyone know of any good commercial lenders out there on the wholesale side that isnt too difficult to deal with in terms of getting signed up and approved?

I can only help you on a retail end luv! Maryland doesnt see much love from lenders, and havent for some time. However, my bank does lend there and if you want to JV this we can do so.

Thanks, we actually spoke with yall this morning.  Good rates, but very expensive.  One of my colleagues was working this.  I dont know if an ARM or fixed was offered.  4.875% with over $25,000 in total fees just to Nationwide.   The client is at 6% but those fees may be quite alarming.
