    I did a streamline in April on my FHA loan and now I am havind financial hardship and was wandering if I will be able to get a modification on a FHA loan. Someone said since it is already goverment backed financial institutions are not really doing modifications on FHA loans??? Has anyone had a mod on a FHA loan???  I am with bank of america??

    The situation where a lender will help you all depends on if you can show them you need help.  Bank of America can possibly help you directly but you will need to have a very accurate budget available and proof of why you are now having a financial hardship and when that actually began.
