Just wanted to get some opinions from the experts here on whether the rates I received are reasonable -

-337K loan, FHA 30 yr fixed, 3.5% down, San Diego CA, Locking Aug 5th.

- 5.375%, No Points ; 5.25%, 0.5 Points; 5.125%, 1 Point. I am considering 5.375%, No Points. The second and third options have around 5 years of break-even times associated with them.

These forums and the expert opinions have been really valuable as I tracked the rates over the past 2-3 weeks. I think I am ready to lock now.
