What is going on with HVCC ?- It appears to be epidemic - I would have imagined with all the problems that NAMB, NAR, CAR, etc, etc, etc would have rallied together by now. It must be stopped. I am a small businessperson and it has affected my company, my clients, my employees to the negative - I am all for valuations that are honest, yet, I have experienced 5 situations with total incompetency and the borrowers, sellers, buyers and realtors are definately feeling the pain.
