Please tell me what my rights are as a borrower to get a copy of the appraisal from the lender. I paid for the appraisal, but I decided not going to close with the lender.
Did you pay for the appraisal? What type of loan was it for - FHA, VA, Conventional or Rural Development? There are different requirements for each.
