I am a broker looking for a good lender for several VA Streamlines. Any suggestions on a lender with competitive rates? I am located in Texas. Thanks for your help.

Wells Fargo is solid in Texas for us and they are making changes and hiring staff to handle more volume. I'd start there. Rates are in the top 3 for us right now.
We use Wells also - never have issues
i use Frankln American for all va, fha and conventional. great service and awesome pipeline
