    Looking for a Private Investor for a Bank Owned Home
    I am looking for a private investor as I have found a home that is bank owned but has a lot of work that needs to be done on it. I would need about $450,000.00. I cannot barrow against my current home due to the real estate market. ANY HELP would be appreciated. Thank-you Paula
