I have a non paying job, too.  I figure I might be better off just realizing it's not happening right now and learning about MBS's with this information overlaod... but then some weak lead pops up to interrupt my learning fun and I chase it until its dead - just to find myself no better off than I was before - wishing I had spent my time on this addictive new site learning about the market.   This has been my reality.  I'm thinking next spring I will come out as an expert with this info and make a killin'. 

great first post Jeneane. welcome aboard!! I love the leads that know they have bad credit but think that maybe when we pull their credit the 8 collections totaling over 10k won't be there any longer.

As long as it is not a paternity test
