People often ask for opinions on promotional items.  I like things people will actually save (that's the point, right?).

Costco has custom logo USB flash drives.  One looks like a little surfboard and one a little skateboard. You could preload them with some promotional material too, I suppose...or maybe you can use it to deliver the appraisal to the client.

Also, the costco near my house has gas for 2.59/ gal. Just a bit of additional costco news that may be helpful... I didnt realize it was so low.

That's a good thing to give at a price that is right.  Rercently we sponsored a hole at a Realtors golf tournament.  We took digital pictures of each team standing in fromt of a banner for our company.  We had them printed and framed in time for the dinner they held that night.  (Thank God for the digital age.)It's the best response I have ever received for a promotion and it only cost about $6 each.

That's a killer idea!

Yeah, anything custom and something that stands out, works much better than just a boring/ordinary fruit basket.

Thats is cool, I'm gonna get that surfboard USB for myself lol. I almost got an office across from the beach, figure I could keep a board there and just walk across the street to surf....but the rent was ridiculous and no parking garage, I hate leaving vehicles in the sun.

We have been giving out books tailored to the clients hobbies. After working with them for a couple of weeks you get a good idea of personality type.

Only way to beat that is to add a mulligan.

Gas is around 2.09 around my area. :)
