    Hello? 2 months away from the new year, and we havn't heard a peep about the new regulations. Mortgage can't survive another dagger right now, has anyone heard/read anythhing on the issue?

    Our branch of Eagle Nationwide has already made the switch to 3rd party vendors.  So far as I understand it, as long as you use the 3rd party system, all the other regs will take care of themselves.
