I am wondering if any of you have ever had the following as a condition, first the scenario: California lender requiring pest report and clearance of section one items, clients except bid from the Pest Co that did the inspection, the company then completes the work and issues the " Standard Notice of Work Completed and Not Completed" clearance.  All section 1 items that the lender required completed are listed under: Recommendations completed by this firm...  Now the Lender is comming back and saying that they always require an re-inspection/clearance from someone other than the company that did the corrective work.....and cite "conflict of interest????
