    Fellow MND subscribers,

Is this website starting to become a major turnoff for anyone besides myself?  I have been on here for 6 months to network with other pros and give good and sound advise.  All this site seems to be becoming is a tank for loan sharks to solicit business.  I have not solicited on here and honestly started on this site to keep up with the market, share ideas, and network with other mortgage professionals.  This site would be more attractive for me as a mortgage broker and to consumers if we could do away with the solicitations. There are enough direct posts soliciting, I can only imagine how many private emails are sent to a consumer where they become turned off by the shark feeding frenzy.

    Thoughts anyone?

I couldn't agree more.  It seems like the site grew too much where it has become too much for the site administrators to police the solicitors...you can report the post...i haven't paid enough attention to see if any of the ones I have reported recently have been removed or not...

I reported a spammer who posted his company's information and scope of work under a question that had nothing at all to do with the question.  That was Monday morning I believe...  it's still up.

Some will wake up to the state of RE funding that we now have, and others will continue to fruitlessly knock their heads against the wall by continuing the same old useless behavior.

Our company represents a large private equity investment fund that will provide up to 95% LTV financing for the purchase of a single family home, condo or townhouse with realistic underwriting standards.  Please contact us for more information.
