Hi,

I am looking for a lender that will do Spec Lending in New Jersey and a few other states as well.  i have a lot of upcoming deals and there is a lot of money to be made, but I cannot find a Spec Loan Lender!  Can someone please help me out with this?

If you are a lender that will do these types of loans or know someone that will, please advise as I have about 10-15 deals right now that need this type of lending and will have about 30 - 50 more for the year.  All help is Appreciated!!!
