    Buy After Foreclosure if First Loan was FHA Loan
    how can i buy after a foreclosure if the first loan was already an fha loan

    It used to be you had to wait for 3 years after a foreclosure in order to buy again. Recently however investors are changing that requirement to 5 years. It doesnt matter what type of loan was foreclosed on.
