    Combining 1st, 2nd and 3rd Mortgage with Credit Card Debt
    Our home value is $500,000 Owe $298,000 on 1st Mtg Owe $120,000 on 2nd Mtg Owe $68,000 on 3rd Mtg $58,000 Credit Card Debt Could we combine all of these? Could we do a 30 yr for the Mtg and 2nd Mtg and then do a 10yr on the 3rd and CC Debt? Any other options? Desperate for a solution Thanks for any advice.

    It doesn't look like you have enough equity in your home to do what you propose.  You should contact a mortgage broker in your area to review your options.  There are a number listed on this site.

    Bryan is correct.  You could probably improve your current situation, just not to the full extent that you wish.  You do have options.  Contact a reputable broker from this site for assistance.
