Wells Fargo is an approved lender for the homepath mortgage products .  Program guidelines are significantly different that conventional mortgage guidelines . Can lend in a 50 states .  Please contact me if you are still looking for any information or help .

I did not think Wells offerred the reno piece with Homepath?

WF does not offer the Reno. They will convert you to a 203K or Conventional Reno .   60 -90 days for completion.

you are correct but the processing time is not currently 60 to 90 days on purchases .  It is within the normal timeframe within the industry . 

Only the refis are taking the 60-90 days striclty due to volume .
