Looking to Refi but can't find anyone worth a damn to help me. My townhouse was appraised for $320,000 in January.
$244,500 1st w/ Freddie at 6%. Never been late on a payment. $32,000 HELOC 2nd but I only owe $12,500 on it at 4%
I don't want to bring cash to the table to refi but can if I need to. I would just like some straight answers if I qualify for the government Refi program that isn't a modification. Please email me SERIOUS considerations only. In the email I would like to have my options presented for 30Yr Fixed, 15 Yr Fixed and a 3 or 5 Year ARM. Have your questions been answered? You mentioned a Government program....are you looking to refi your loans into one or just the first to lower the rate?
