What do you hear about the government extending this program? It sure would help sell more houses!
based on today's existing home sales, they may feel there is no reason to extend (need congressional approval)
They still need it.
Look at internals of home sales numbers and they include foreclosures sales back to the bank in that number .
exactly, but are you saying that at these prices they would not be buying if it wasnt for the tax credit?, I dont think so.
