    Property Type: Condo > 5 Stories

    New high rise condo project with no units sold yet. FNMA approved. Is there a lender out there that will be the first to close on these units? Obviously occupency rate and exposure is the big issue.

    Does the building have a preferred lender? Maybe start there.

    Note the fact you have no information posted on the borrower, what is there to close on? If you want a deal closed, then state the details. If you have never been on the funding side, then you don't know the cost. But know there is one. Otherwise, its just a waste of time. Thank you! Thank you! Lorne

    Looks like not much has changed from two years ago when I was still quoting scenarios. A complete scenario from an agent was rare. Humbug!
