TBW phone line is referring everyone to HUD Housing Urban Development at 888.297.8685 however there is dead silence when calling this number. 

Where are we directing homeowners to send their monthly TBW Payments.

I've been trying to stay up to date for my TBW customers via the Independent Community Banker's Association website www.icbamortgage.com The only confirmed info I've seen is that FHA/VA mortgages have been transferred to Bank of America.  I have not seen or heard any confirmation as to what is happening with TBW Conventional loans.  As everyone has found out, the TBW phone lines and website are useless for information.  I've heard rumors that the conventional loans will be tranferred to B of A...but no confirmation.  Obviously TBW could care less about the customer.  Those of us that must deal with our customers (and care about customer service) are left hanging, including the customer.  I realize TBW has hit the skids, but some better information for their customers with TBW loans deserve better information.  It's not a difficult thing to do these days.

According to this TBW freddie Mac loans are going to Cenlar for servicing.  I called Cenlar (contact info on link above) and actually got a human being on the phone within 5 minutes and got answers...finally some worthwhile information from our good friends at Taylor Bean & Whitaker! (as AQ and MG would state, please note sarcasm).
