Has anyone had any luck getting a pay off on a Taylor Bean and Whitaker loan?? If so, please share the contact info on how to do it.  I have a great loan that is waiting for them to transfer to B of A.

I don't know if this will help but here is some info I got last week.

A designated customer service phone number for TBW customers who are now being serviced by Bank of America.  They can get everything taken care of and get a new address for sending payments.

Just include a letter requesting a pay off demand and the most recent mortgage statement from TBW.

Hold on...according to the latest notice from TBW, only Ginne Mae loans are going to Bank of America.

According to this TBW Freddie Mac loans are going to Cenlar for servicing.  I called Cenlar (contact info on link above) and actually got a human being on the phone within 5 minutes and got answers.
