FHA in AZ with FICO 608

Hi,

I am unable to help one of my credit union members who needs an FHA loan, has plenty of assets, good job, but she has 608 FICO, he is in the mid 700's. I can't help because of her score. Anyone else out there able to lend in AZ who can help these folks? They relocated from Florida recently and are getting tired of the motel room.
