    Loan Scenario
    Loan State: California
    Loan County: San Diego
    Loan Type: Purchase
    Loan Amount: $900,000
    Property Value: $1,400,000
    LTV: 64%
    FICO: 740
    DTI: 35
    Occupancy Type: Owner-Occupied
    Property Type: Single Family Residence

need a lender for a $900k financed amount in san Diego county.

    great financials and credit.

can't go us bank because borrower owns 3 properties in same county.

borrower wants a adjustable rate 3 or 5 years is fine.

    Try Broker Capital Funding. www.brokercap.com

Suntrust has some awesome Jumbo ARMs but they aren't offering them in CA right now. BCF has decent pricing and they are based out of CA.

    Hope this helps!

This is definitely something I can do for your borrower. I'm assuming this will be OO? Go ahead and email me.

    Hi,

This looks like a scenario that we might be able to help with.  Some guideline on website see page "residential lending".  Be happy to discuss.

Sounds like something I should be able to do. Is this O/O? If not O/O would this be the 4th property? Makes a difference. Let me know!

Is this done? This is obviously a 2nd home or N/O/O. if it is, please just let me know. If it is O/O, that is fine too. Either way, with 4 properties, I am not assuming O/O. I plan to be doing this for another 10 years, so just be straight. Our stated products for N/O/O should accommodate, or Stated for O/O. Best regards, LJon
