RE: Title Seasoning Challenge

Borrower deeded property to his LLC, of which he is 100% owner.  He is looking to take title as individual and borrow as individual (not LLC).  We will not meet the 6 months seasoning requirement for borrower vesting even though he has had total control over the property since he purchased it over 1 year ago.

Is there anyone who will lend without 6 months seasoning on title?
