    Dear Anonymous,

What state, area, location are you looking to work? REO realtors are the best route that I can recommend since they kinda control the "quality" of the houses

It sounds like you are looking for foreclosure cleaning contracts or trashout contracts.  You will have to get placed on the banks and mortgage asset management companies vendor's list.  They all require you to register to do this. We found a list of all their contacts online and just signed up with them http://bit.ly/banklist , I also highly recommend making sure you are listed in the property preservation directory, www.propertypreservationdirectory.com  Majority of the banks and asset management companies use this directory to find reo vendors in their area, and they also market your property preservation company to the asset managers every month. Also, try setting up a flyer and then distribute it with all the local real estate offices.
