Thanks for all!

I just wanted to take a minute and thank the board for the advice you all give.  You don't get much in return (I'm guessing an occassional client) but guide us less informed daily. 

Your board saved me over $3k.  Based off of advice here, I locked later (on the dip at the end of the week last week - and just before Friday's nosedive could affect rates) than I intended.  On a VA (with just OK credit) I got a 5% loan w/ 1pt.  The quote I almost locked in on was a 5% at 1.85 pts (actually - I first started reading this board when my GFE was 5.5%!).  On a 389K loan, you all helped significantly.

Anyhow... you all get knuckleheads like me that swing by a week or two of their life and never stop back.  It'll probably be a little while before I do so as well.  But I wanted to let you know that your guidance has an effect on those you serve...

That's a nice "thank you" - not that it was to me but I'm sure those that helped you appreciate.  Now I would like to thank YOU for volunteering to serve our country and sacrificing for our freedoms.

Tony...  Extremely humbled and honored to have served such a great nation and good people.  Greatest Nation on Earth.  And it is boards like this one that advise without expectation for something in return that prove it.    

(Stepping up on soap box) Yes... Americans are capitalists and we have the freedom to do so.  But I refuse to let the few that act without ethics (which assisted us getting to the current economy) define us.
