I really need to go stated/stated. Need to refinance a 2nd hardmoney balloon loan. Also take just a fewthousand to help pay for somethings. CAlifornia property 5 unit. Currently the credit scores are 620. 1st lien is 150k. Will subordinate that to get a 2nd only which is with another hard money lender for years but it will balloon in a few months. Need to get about 100k plus maybe 10k cashout. Total cltv with todays market will be around depending on bpo or appraisal 40cltv max 50. Thank you.
