7.3 Early Payoff. With respect to any Loan that prepays in full on or prior to the last day of the sixth (6th) full month following the related Closing Date, Lender may, in its sole discretion, require Broker to reimburse Lender: (a) all compensation paid by Lender for such Loan; and (b) any premium or above par pricing paid by Lender for such Loan. Payment by Broker to Lender shall be accomplished by wire transfer with fifteen (15) Business Days following receipt from Lender of written demand from Lender pursuant hereto.
Thinking about adding them just a little concrned I may get nailed for YSP if a borrower goes elsewhere.
