Thanks for the education

The information provided by the MND website has been extremely useful in helping me to understand the mechanics of the mortgage market. We refinanced our condo in September 08 and are currently in escrow to purchase the house of our dreams.

I have to tell you guys, the education that i have gotten in the past month or so has been invaluable.  I am due to sign a contract on a home on long island priced at 217k  Right now got a rate of 5.5, but more importantly, I now know why.  The MBS primer, your graphs and explanations of them, the daily blogs has turned the Greek into almost English for me.  I want to thank you for all of this and say, even my banker has commented on my "knowledge" of the subject.  Rest assured, you have been given full credit!   tommy
