    Commercial Lease Agreement on Land we Inherited
    We have discovered that part of the land we have just inherited is subject to a 99 year commercial lease agreement. Can we, as the new owners of the land, do anything to terminate the lease early and/or evict the tennant?

    Best to contact a local attorney, have them review the lease and determine what is possible.
